About the Owners

Marcy Boynton:

My family owns and operates Buttons 'n' Bows Christian Learning Center where I have literally grown up in the child care industry. The family business has been around for over 32 years of which I have had the pleasure of being director for the past 15 years. It is from my parents that I have learned the most about loving and caring for children. I’m a native of San Antonio, a graduate of Incarnate Word High School and I hold a bachelors degree from Texas Tech University. It is my belief that children will rise to the level of expectation that is placed on them. My goal is to provide a strong educational and spiritual foundation for the children who attend our learning center.

Jonathan Boynton:

I am originally from Massachusetts where I spent the first 18 years of my life. I had the opportunity to move to San Antonio in the early 1990s. I hold a bachelors degree and a masters degree from the University of the Incarnate Word.
